" Payment & Care: Buyer agrees to pay for the puppy and shipping. Puppy must be cared for humanely, with proper food, water, shelter, medical care, and supervision. Health & Temperament Guarantee: Seller guarantees the puppy is healthy and has a good temperament at the time of sale. Health records and AKC registration paperwork will be provided. Buyer must take the puppy to a licensed vet within 72 hours of delivery. If health issues caused by the seller are found, the puppy can be returned for a full refund, with the seller covering return costs. Return Policy: Buyer has a 30-day money-back guarantee if dissatisfied, with a full refund upon returning the puppy and its documents. Rehoming: If the buyer can no longer keep the puppy, the seller must be notified and given the first option to reclaim the dog. The dog cannot be sold, leased, or given to pet shops, research labs, shelters, or similar facilities. Breeder Rights: Breeder may check on the puppy’s well-being and must be informed of any circumstances affecting its quality of life.
